2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of Stayflow.

• Account Information: Name, email, phone number, and secure authentication data (handled by Supabase).
• Property & Unit Data: Property addresses, unit details, rent amounts, descriptions, amenities, and photos.
• Tenancy Information: Tenant names, contact details, lease dates, payment records, maintenance requests, and associated documents.
• Subscription Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer/subscription IDs, billing status, and period details. We do not store your full credit card information.
• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device info, usage logs, and error reports.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide property and residential operations management functionality.
• Enable you to manage tenancies, maintenance, and rent tracking.
• Process your platform subscription payments.
• Send notifications, updates, and reminders.
• Provide customer support and improve platform performance.
• Detect fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate Stayflow:

• Supabase: Provides authentication, database hosting, file storage, and security infrastructure.
• Stripe: Processes your platform subscription payments securely. We do not have access to your full credit card data.
• Integrations: Stayflow may sync data with services you choose to connect (e.g., Google Calendar).

5. Data Storage and International Transfers

Your data is stored using Supabase infrastructure and Stripe services. These providers may process and store data on servers located outside New Zealand. By using Stayflow, you consent to your data being transferred and processed internationally.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with Supabase, Stripe, integrations you authorize, or government authorities when legally required.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to legal, tax, or fraud-prevention requirements.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data using industry-standard measures: secure authentication, row-level database security, encryption in transit, and restricted infrastructure access.

9. Your Rights

Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information. Contact us using the details in Section 1 to exercise these rights.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and ensure platform security and performance.

Stayflow is intended for professional use by adults involved in property management.

We may send product updates or service announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

13. Subscription Billing

Stayflow subscriptions are managed securely via Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
